Not Just an Arizona Issue

In Mississippi, voters will be headed to the November polls to bolster their private property rights.  Over 120,000 voters signed petitions to amend the Mississippi constitution of 1890 to “state that property seized through eminent domain cannot be given to any person, non-governmental entity, public-private partnership, corporation, or other business entity, for 10 years.” (Source: Clarion Ledger, June 17, 2011)
